Return and Refund Policy

  1. Our products are not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance or the Chinese Medicine Ordinance. Any claims made for our products have not been evaluated for such registration. If the customer is not suitable for using this product, or if the product causes skin allergies, please seek medical advice as soon as possible. Our store does not assume any responsibility and does not provide refunds or exchanges.
  2. The raw materials of most of our products are made from eco-friendly planting in Lai Chi Wo and then later processed. Therefore, the harvest of the products will be affected by the season, soil, environment, etc., and the supply may be suspended.
  3. Each piece of handmade soap is cut by hand, so the weight and shape of each soap may be different. Returns or exchanges due to the above reasons will not be accepted.
  4. Handmade products with all-natural ingredients, without added colorings, flavors, preservatives, emulsifiers or stabilizers. Even if the formula remains the same, there may still be differences in color, smell and texture between batches of products, but this will not affect the efficacy of the product. .
  5. If you find any defects or damage in the products you receive, you must send a message or Whatsapp notification to Mis’ Garden within seven days of purchase. The product must be returned with its original packaging and in "new and new" condition. *Limited to one time per order
  6. All products are non-refundable. If the relevant product cannot be returned or exchanged because it is sold out, you can choose any product of equal or higher value, and you will have to pay the difference in price.
  7. If the product is damaged due to improper use, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  8. Due to hygienic reasons, the following body care products will not be returned or exchanged: handmade soap, lip balm, and anti-marking balm.
  9. Product problems caused by incorrect storage and incorrect use will not be accepted.
  10. Before accepting the returned product, Mis’ Garden must check and verify whether the returned product meets the above requirements. If there is no problem, it can arrange the return or exchange.
  11. Mis’ Garden reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the company will be the final decision.
