Our products are not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance or the Chinese Medicine Ordinance. Any claims made for our products have not been assessed for the purpose of such registration. If the customer is not suitable for the use of the product, or if the use of the product causes skin allergy, please seek medical advice as soon as possible, we do not accept any responsibility and do not offer any refund or exchange.
Most of our products are grown in Lai Chi Wo and processed at a later stage, so the harvest may be affected by the season, soil, environment, etc., and there may be a suspension of supply.
Each handmade soap is cut by hand, so the weight and shape of each soap may be different, if for the above reason request for a refund or exchange, will not be accepted.
Handmade with all natural ingredients, no added color, fragrance, preservatives, emulsifiers or stabilizers. Even if the formula remains unchanged, there may still be differences in color, smell and texture from batch to batch, but this will not affect the effectiveness of the products.
If you find any defects or damages on the products you received, you must notify us by sending a message to our page or Whatsapp within 7 days after the date of purchase, and the products must be returned with the original packaging and in “new” condition. *Each order is limited to one time only.
All products are non-refundable. If the product is sold out and cannot be exchanged, you may choose any product of equal or greater value, and you will only be required to pay the difference in the price of the product.
No refund or exchange will be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse.
For hygienic reasons, the following creams are not returnable: Hand Soap, Lip Balm, Streak Control Balm.
