In a mix of common oyster, phoenix oyster and golden oyster. This mushroom powder retained the freshly taste and nutrition value as the dried mushroom. The amino acid in it could replace the role of MSG to lighten the taste of your dish. Our powder are purely come from our dried mushroom without any additives or preservatives. It is vegetarian friendly as always.

    使用方法

    This powder needs to be cooked before consumption:

    Mushroom tea: Add a teaspoon of the powder to a cup of freshly boiled water for 5 mins
    Cooking: Add it with the gravy or soup during cooking to enhance favour
    Rice: Mix it in the water with raw rice before cooking
    Mushroom bread: Mix it with other seasoning before baking
