Nonionic gels and thickeners converted from plant cellulose
After being dissolved in water, it presents a transparent and clear texture, non-sticky, easily soluble in water and hot water, and feels good to the touch.
It is soluble in hot or cold water and does not precipitate at high temperatures or boiling, giving it a wide range of solubility and viscosity properties, as well as non-thermal gelling properties;
It is non-ionic and can coexist with a wide range of other water-soluble polymers, foaming agents, and salts. It is an excellent colloidal thickener containing high-concentration electrolyte solutions (ps: aloe vera).
The water retention capacity is twice as high as that of methylcellulose and has better flow regulation.
Compared with the recognized methylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, HEC has the worst dispersing ability, but the strongest protective colloid ability.
Suitable for making: essence, gel, cleaning supplies, handmade soap products
